My work across fashion videography and restaurant branding shaped both my visual eye and my fascination with how brands connect with identity. I founded Lumière to bring that perspective to hospitality, translating the character of a place into film.
I’ve always been drawn to identity-led marketing: how brands connect with people’s sense of who they are and who they want to become. My work in fashion videography shaped my eye for composition, movement, and editing, while my brand and social media work for restaurants taught me how to communicate the character of a place and give people a reason to experience it.
Hotels bring these interests together. I’m drawn to places with a strong personality: layered interiors, unexpected art, the details that reveal someone had a vision. I find myself imagining the stories that could unfold there, and who someone might become for a few days. The most compelling hotel brands create an entire world you can step into, yet that richness doesn’t always come through in their imagery. What excites me is finding what makes that world unmistakably theirs and translating it into films that make people want to be part of it.
I founded Lumière to bring that perspective to hospitality. I bring a background in brand strategy and a director’s eye to each property, working with a trusted creative team to develop the concept and carry it through to the final film. Each project begins with understanding the place and the vision behind it, so the work feels as individual as the property itself.
